Lutz Gottschalk has extensive experience in aviation, currently serving as a Pilot and 1st Officer on Lear 60 and Challenger 350 at VistaJet International since July 2012. Prior to this role, Lutz was a Pilot with Solenta Aviation from August 2010 to July 2012, flying Cessna Caravan and acting as 1st Officer on Beech 1900. Lutz's career began as Chief Pilot at Mack Air (Pty) Ltd from 1996 to 2009. Earlier professional experience includes working as a Geophysicist at Gold Fields Ltd. from 1990 to 1992. Lutz holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geophysics and Seismology from the University of the Witwatersrand and has studied Geology at the University of Port Elizabeth.
