Johan Olivier's work experience includes roles at multiple companies. From 2023 onwards, they worked at VistaJet as an OCC Duty Manager, overseeing daily operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. Johan also collaborated with different departments to optimize fleet utilization and implement efficient procedures. Additionally, they prioritized operational security and minimized disruptions to VistaJet's operations. Previously, from 2015 to 2022, Johan held various positions at CemAir (Pty)Ltd, including Flight Operations Manager, Contract Manager, and Base Manager. Johan started their career at National Airways Corporation in 2014 as a Base Manager.

Johan Olivier began their education by obtaining a High School Diploma from Hoerskool Brandwag in 2008. Following this, they attended the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria where they pursued an LLB Law degree from 2009 to 2010, completing their 2nd year of study. In 2011, Johan enrolled at AIFA (AVIC - International Flight Training Academy) (Pty) Ltd. and obtained a PPL (Private Pilot License) by the end of 2012. Finally, they attended Airborne Aviation in 2012 to acquire a Commercial Pilot License, focusing on Aviation.
