Client Services Executive at VistaJet

Inês Monteiro has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Inês currently works at VistaJet as a Client Services Executive, where they serve as the main liaison between clients and relevant departments. Inês'srole involves supporting flight and special services requests, ensuring optimal communication between departments, and striving to exceed customer expectations.

Prior to joining VistaJet, Inês worked at Tripwix as a Luxury Rental Inventory Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for B2B liaisons, contract negotiation, and establishing partnerships. Inês'smain focus was to assist property owners with onboarding their properties onto digital platforms. Inês also coordinated materials and updates from owners and distributed them across appropriate departments.

Before Tripwix, Inês worked at Lookurbano construção e ReabIlitação, Lda. as an Executive Assistant. Inês'sduties included managing schedules and communications for key executives and technical staff, particularly in relation to construction and repair works for private and insurance clients. This included booking inspection visits, gathering legal documents, prioritizing emails and calls, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Inês also has experience in the aviation industry. Inês worked at NetJets Europe as an Operations Controller, where their responsibilities included obtaining flying permits, organizing relevant documents, and conducting training for new starters. Prior to NetJets Europe, they worked as a Crew Controller at Flybe, where they managed crew arrangements in compliance with aviation regulations and provided training for new starters.

In addition to these positions, Inês has held roles as an Operations Officer at The Travel Corporation, F&B Assistant at The Arts Club and Royal Lancaster London, and a Corporate Intern at TAP Air Portugal.

Inês Monteiro completed their Licentiate degree in Tourism Business Management at Laureate Education, Inc. from 2009 to 2013.
