Ravi Moorthy is an experienced business coach and consultant, currently serving as a Coach for Business Owners & Entrepreneurs at Vistage International since October 2012, where the focus is on enhancing the effectiveness of CEOs and their key executives. In addition, Ravi has been the Managing Principal Consultant at Raviji Consulting since July 1998, providing executive assessment, coaching, and development services to various corporations. Prior to these roles, Ravi held the position of Director at Right Management Consultants from 1998 to September 2007, where significant experience was gained in HR consulting across Asia. Ravi's earlier career includes leadership roles at Gillette in Malaysia, Taiwan, and Singapore, culminating as Managing Director in Malaysia. Ravi holds an MBA in Business from Irish International University, completed between 2004 and 2006.
