Jo Elenbaas has worked in the senior care industry since 2012. Jo began their career at Always BEST CARE Senior Services as a Senior Care and Consulting in 2012. In 2013, they moved to Vista Springs Living Northview as an Executive Director. In 2014, they were promoted to Regional Customer Relations Director at Vista Springs.

Jo Elenbaas has attended Grand Rapids Community College.
