Therese Bartolini is a seasoned professional in user experience design with extensive leadership experience across various organizations. Currently serving as VP of User Experience at Vista since June 2023, Therese focuses on enhancing the customer experience for global Vista clients. Previously, as Head of Global Experience Design at Wayfair, Therese established the Global Experience Design Community, promoting a culture of innovation among 190 practitioners and successfully led multiple teams to drive design excellence for both supplier and design system operations. Prior roles include Group Creative Director at Publicis Sapient, Director of User Experience at Genuine, Lead User Experience Designer at WE Communications, and Senior User Experience Designer at the New York City Economic Development Corporation. Therese holds a Master of Professional Studies in Interactive Telecommunication from New York University and a Bachelor of Multimedia in Information Technology from Monash University.
