Laile Neal is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience in training and piloting. Currently serving as Lead Instructor North America at Vista America since April 2023, Laile previously held the position of Director of Training and Line Captain for Global 6000 aircraft at XOJET Aviation from October 2019 to April 2023. Prior roles include Instructor Pilot for Global 6000 and Global 7500 at Bombardier Aerospace, where responsibilities involved preparing pilots to meet high standards of safety and professionalism. Additional experience includes various pilot roles with companies such as Starbase Aviation, Contract Pilot Services, and Aspen Jetride. Laile began a career in aviation as a Flight Instructor at Oklahoma State University, following the attainment of a Bachelor of Science in Aviation from the same institution.
