HÃ¥vard Odden has a diverse work experience in the maritime and oil & gas industries. HÃ¥vard started their career in 2003 at Kongsberg Oil & Gas, where they held various roles including Process Engineer, Senior Process Engineer, Technical Advisor, Technical Sales Engineer, and Sales Manager. In 2011, they joined Kongsberg Maritime as the Head of Sales - Process Simulation. HÃ¥vard then moved to Kongsberg Oil & Gas again in 2014, where they served as the General Manager South-East Asia, responsible for establishing an office and managing a team of 15 employees. In 2016, they joined Vissim AS as the Vice President Sales & Marketing, and later became the Senior Vice President Maritime Awareness.

HÃ¥vard Odden attended the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained an MSc degree in Technical Cybernetics.
