Emiel Reniers has extensive experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM), currently serving as BIM Manager at Visser & Smit Bouw bv since October 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing the BIM process, coordinating with external parties, and managing model quality. Prior to this role, Emiel was a BIM Coördinator at Waal from September 2009 to October 2012, applying 3D BIM models for both residential and commercial projects. Emiel began a career at Dura Vermeer Bouw Rotterdam as an Organisatiemedewerker, supporting project preparation. Education includes a degree in Architecture, Real Estate & Housing from Delft University of Technology and various professional training in BIM methodologies.
