Yvette Plugboer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as the Manager of the Klant Contact Center at Visma | YouServe since August 2021, Yvette previously held various managerial roles at Raet, including Unitmanager HR Services and Unitmanager BPO Services, from February 2012 to August 2021. Yvette's career began at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., where responsibilities included Team Manager for the HR Service Desk from January 2008 to January 2012. Earlier roles also include HR Manager at Meijers Assurantiën and Bid Project Manager at Unisys, among others. Yvette holds a post HBO degree in Contact Center Management from Beeckestijn Business School and a university degree from Moscow State Linguistic University.
