John Michael has over 40 years of work experience. John began their career in 1978 as a Partner at Lakemaps, Inc., where they co-developed the only utilitarian, waterproof, recreational map in the Midwest. John's roles included researcher, typesetter, illustrator, camera operator, styrene cutter, hole driller, order filler, field tester and promoter. In 1986, John Michael moved on to The Printer, Inc. as an Estimator / Coordinator. Two years later, they joined Lofton Label, Inc. as an Estimator / Planner. From 2000 to 2008, John Michael worked at Bolger Vision Beyond Print as Bolger @ St. Paul Companies, providing web and print solutions produced by Bolger Vision Beyond Print. In 2008, they joined Impressions, Inc. as a Print Solutions Provider, assisting customers in developing packaging solutions for their products. John's roles included working with internal CAD engineers to develop STE, RTE, TTAB, TTSLB carton styles or carded packaging, helping customers determine appropriate solid paperboard material to suit their needs and budget, and providing custom color matching when needed. John also quoted production costs utilizing 1-color to 6-color offset printing, various aqueous and UV coatings, die cutting, folding & gluing and packing for shipment, and coordinated project manufacturing with customer service, production departments and shipping. Most recently, John Michael has been an Executive Account Manager at Visions, Inc. since 2021.

John Michael attended Washburn High School from 1976 to 1979. John then went on to the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where they studied Industrial Technology and Graphic Arts Management from 1982 to 1987. In April 2021, they obtained the LinkedIn Quick Tips certification from LinkedIn.
