Mary Dawn Joven is an experienced professional currently serving as an Onboarding Specialist at VisionR since July 2023. Previously, Mary held the role of Operations Specialist/SME at Concentrix from January 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included leading a team of over 85 operations professionals to ensure high-quality support for the Meta client and achieving operational KPIs. Prior experiences include working as a Japanese Facilitator at IES Abroad and various customer service positions in retail, including roles at Dunnes Stores, 7-Eleven, Cafe Sol, Starbucks, and Clarks. Mary holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Languages and Translation Studies from Dublin City University, an Erasmus degree in Japanese Language and Culture from Doshisha University, and a Leaving Certificate from Coláiste Pobail Setanta.
