Jackie Johner has extensive experience in training, development, and customer service, currently serving as a Training and Development Specialist at Visionary Broadband since October 2018, after holding roles as a Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Representative within the same company. Prior to this, Jackie worked at YES House (Youth Emergency Services, Inc.) from February 2007 to October 2018 as a Case Manager and High Fidelity Wraparound Program Coordinator, demonstrating a strong background in support and coordination within youth services.
