After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Chuo University in 2006, he founded a headhunting farm specializing in executives. In 2012, he participated in BizReach Co., Ltd., and later served as General Manager of BizReach Division. Since 2015, he has served as a director of the Human Resources Division, Standby Business Division, and HR Tech Company. In February 2020, assumed the current position.
