Hunter Metcalf is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Senior Counsel for M&A at VSP Vision since September 2022, Hunter has previously held significant legal positions, including General Counsel and Secretary at Titin KM Biomedical Corporation, and Associate General Counsel & Secretary at Wildfire Defense Systems, Inc. Prior roles also include Corporate Counsel and Corporate Associate at Faegre Drinker and a Corporate Associate position at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck. Hunter earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business from Montana State University-Bozeman.
