Neil Richardson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and governance roles across various sectors. Currently serving as a Trustee at Vision Research Foundation New Zealand and as a member of the Thought Leaders Group for the Ministry for Primary Industries, Richardson also holds the position of Group Chairman at Marque Group, overseeing a global roll-up of automotive technology companies. As Chairman of Momentum Waikato Community Foundation, Richardson fosters high-impact philanthropic initiatives, while also contributing to academia as an Adjunct Professor and Chairman of the Advisory Board at Waikato Management School. Previously, Richardson chaired Waikato Aggregates Limited, New Zealand Home Loans, and Smart Loyalty, and has been involved in strategic projects for the kiwifruit industry. With degrees in law and commerce from Southern Illinois University and UNSW, Richardson combines legal expertise with a strong background in business and management.
