Pete Nichols is an experienced arts and culture professional currently serving as Programme Director for Creative Redbridge at Vision - Redbridge Culture & Leisure since November 2022. In this role, Pete develops and implements a comprehensive arts and cultural program in collaboration with local communities, with support from Arts Council England as part of the Creative People and Places initiative. Prior to this position, Pete held significant roles such as Senior Engagement and Events Officer at the Greater London Authority, where strategic cultural programs were developed for the Mayor of London, and Festivals Producer for the Greenwich+Docklands International Festival, focusing on business and artistic strategy. Pete also served as Senior Producer at The Space, managing digital projects with renowned arts organizations. Pete holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in English Language and Linguistics from the University of York.
