Melanie Spinelli is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent & Culture at Vision Group since April 2018, Melanie has held various leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources and Interim Director of Operations. Prior to this, Melanie spent over a decade at LASIK MD, where roles included Interim Director of Operations, Director of Human Resources, and Senior Human Resources Advisor. Additionally, Melanie began a career in HR at the National Bank of Canada as an HR Advisor focused on Recruiting and Talent Development. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management from Concordia University, completed between 2001 and 2004.
