Giancarlo Ruscio is an experienced legal professional specializing in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Head of M&A (Legal) at Vision Group since February 2021. Prior to this role, Giancarlo held positions such as Senior Legal Counsel at Valsoft Corporation and Senior Associate at Torys LLP. Other significant experience includes serving as an Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and various roles at Torys LLP, including Corporate Associate and Articling Student. Giancarlo completed an LL.B./B.C.L. in Law and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and International Business from McGill University, supplemented by a student exchange program at Università Bocconi. Early education includes a Diploma of Collegial Studies in Commerce from CEGEP - John Abbott College.
