Jacinta Goldsack is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the National Manager of People & Culture at Vision Eye Institute since June 2021. With a robust background at Regis Aged Care spanning nearly a decade, Jacinta held several key roles including National Recruitment Manager, Business Partner in Workplace Relations, Learning and Development Manager, L&D Initiatives Specialist, and National Human Resources Coordinator. Jacinta's expertise is complemented by a strong educational foundation, which includes a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management from RMIT University, a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment from Victoria University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Victoria University. Prior experience also includes positions at GMJ Equipment and LJM Marketing Services Pty Ltd, where Jacinta demonstrated skills in office management and account management.
