Ruba Shahnshahi is a dedicated Paediatric Occupational Therapist currently employed at Vision Australia since August 2023. Prior to this role, Ruba worked as a Key Therapist at the Autism Association of Western Australia from January 2022 to August 2023, and as an Occupational Therapy Aide at One Step Two Step from October 2020 to November 2021, where responsibilities included collaborating on treatment plans and guiding therapeutic activities. Ruba also gained valuable experience through various clinical placements, including a Winter Research Scholarship at The University of Queensland focusing on inter-professional practice simulation, and placements at UQ Health & Rehabilitation Clinics and Royal Brisbane & Women's Hospital. Ruba holds a Master of Occupational Therapy Studies from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Science in Cell Pathology from the University of Sydney, complemented by leadership roles in the University of Sydney Pakistani Society.
