Lester Chraim has extensive experience in client services and dog guide instruction, currently serving as SED Client Services Manager and Client Program Development Lead at Vision Australia since November 2008. Previously, Lester held the position of Dog Guide Instructor at Instituto de Responsabilidade e Inclusão Social from July 2006 to December 2007 and at Escola de Cães Guias Helen Keller from September 2005 to June 2006. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Orientation and Mobility from Vision Australia (2014-2015), a degree as a Guide Dog Mobility Instructor from the Royal New Zealand Foundation of the Blind (2002-2005), and a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina (1997-2001).
