Jelena Kovacevic currently serves as a Service Support Officer at Vision Australia since April 2020, building on prior experience as a Telelink Program Officer at the same organization, where responsibilities included coordinating programs and client engagement. Jelena has enhanced HR functions during a Graduate Program in the HR Department at Vision Australia from May 2017 to May 2019, notably by implementing a process for the Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme.
