Anna-Lena Kärrstrand has over 20 years of work experience. Anna-Lena began their career in 1999 as a Senior Global Project Manager at Lionbridge. In 2016, they joined Bridget AB as a Text och Strategi where they provided strategy and content for communication to drive development. Anna-Lena then moved to Visiba Care in 2017, where they worked as a Product Content Specialist, Content Manager, and Copywriter.

Anna-Lena Kärrstrand attended the University of Gothenburg from 1994 to 1997, and the University of Borås from 1998 to 1999.
