Yves FAGHERAZZI is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in water management and sanitation services. Currently serving as a Partner at VISCONTI since June 2022, Yves focuses on developing business leaders, associations, and local communities. Previously, Yves held the position of General Director at SEAAL, overseeing a team of 6,500 employees in Algeria's water and sanitation sector for a 10-month mission in 2020. Between 2014 and 2020, as General Director of SERAMM, Yves managed 465 employees and a budget of 75 million euros, focusing on public sanitation services in the Aix Marseille Provence area. Yves also served as Operations Director at SUEZ France from 2011 to 2014 and General Director at SME from 2007 to 2011, both roles contributing to water management in their respective regions. Yves holds an engineering degree in Hydrology and Water Resources from Grenoble INP and a conflict resolution mediator certification from EPMN. Further educational pursuits were completed at Visconti Partners and Hum! in 2022.
