Peggy Dickinson has extensive experience in human resources and hospitality management, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Viscariello Hospitality Group since July 1996 and as an Assistant to Human Resources at Mamma Mia's and Carmela's Restaurant since August 2015. Peggy has been with Carmela's Restaurant since its inception as a waitress, effectively managing client satisfaction. Previous experience includes working as an Office Assistant at Chandler Elementary School from May 2012 to June 2015, where responsibilities included scheduling substitute teachers and managing daily attendance. Peggy holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Curry College, a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Juvenile Justice from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Boston College.
