Tom Looney serves as Vice President of Engineering at Visa and Cybersource, a Visa Company, since June 2015. Previously, Tom held the role of VP Delivery at SpeechStorm, where responsibilities included Product Development and customer implementations. Other notable positions include Development Manager at NYSE Euronext, Services Executive at Microsoft, and SVP Services at Meridio. Tom began as a Systems Programmer at Queens University of Belfast and was a co-founder of UNITE Solutions, one of Ireland's oldest ISPs. Educational credentials include a BSc in Computer Science and Information Systems from the University of Limerick.
