Prior experience includes a consultancy role as Sr. Business System Analyst at American Express Global Payment Options, where Patel led the successful implementation of new reload channels and reengineered risk assessment systems. Earlier roles encompass work as Graduate Assistant at the University of Maryland, contributing to multimedia integration and maintenance of language labs, and as Business System/Programmer Analyst at Infosys Technologies, architecting payment solutions for American Express. Patel Hiten holds a Master’s degree in Information Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from the University of Mumbai.
