Maksim Alekseichik is a seasoned professional in software quality assurance and test engineering, currently serving as the Director of Software Test Engineering at Visa since August 2024. Previously, Maksim held the position of Director of Quality Assurance at Mosaic Group, part of IAC, where responsibilities included implementing QA processes aligned with business goals to enhance software delivery and user satisfaction. With extensive experience at Apalon, starting from December 2014, Maksim advanced from Senior Software Tester to Head of Quality Assurance, leading initiatives such as the adoption of test automation and fostering a culture of excellence across teams. Training and mentoring were key aspects of Maksim's early roles, beginning as a System Administrator at an online store in 2008, complemented by a Bachelor of Laws - LLB degree.
