Lalith Jacob is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software development and application management. Currently serving as the Director of Value Added Services at Visa since October 2022, Lalith previously held multiple leadership positions at Global Payments Inc., including Senior Director of Application Development. Prior roles also include Senior Manager of Utilization Management at Anthem, Inc., where Lalith led teams focusing on clinical web portal support, and Senior Software Engineering Manager at Expedia, Inc., leading teams to enhance SEO and SEM strategies. Earlier experience includes tenures at Orbitz Worldwide, Yaskawa Electric America, and Northrop Grumman, contributing to various projects within Agile frameworks and driving innovation in digital solutions. Lalith holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications and Computer Science from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
