Kathleen Pierce-Gilmore is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as SVP of Issuer Solutions at Visa, Kathleen also holds positions as a Non-Executive Director at Tala and Sezzle, as well as a Board Observer at Infinicept. Previously, Kathleen was the Head of Global Payments at Silicon Valley Bank. Kathleen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Integrated Sciences from Northwestern University between 1995 and 1999 and completed additional coursework at Financial Times from 2019 to 2020.
