Carlos Vaitman is an experienced professional in the financial services and payments industry, currently serving as a Director - Consultant at Visa Consulting and Analytics since July 2022, where support is provided to enhance payment product performance. Prior to this role, Carlos worked as an Independent Consultant at PT Consultants LLC, focusing on strategy and business development for an AI-enabled loyalty platform, and held various leadership positions at Mastercard and Citi, including developing commercial card strategies for the Caribbean and improving digital client experiences. Carlos began their career at Superintendencia de Banca, Seguros y Administradoras de Fondos de Pensiones del Perú and later held significant roles at Repsol and Citi. Carlos holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.B.A. from Universidad del Pacífico.
