Asha T. is an accomplished professional in operational risk management with extensive experience in leading risk initiatives across prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as the Operational Risk Lead - Director at Visa since May 2019, Asha T. is responsible for identifying, monitoring, and reporting operational risk exposures while championing risk training and awareness activities. Prior to Visa, Asha T. held various leadership positions at Barclays, including Vice President roles focused on risk control assessments and enhancements within the Central CCO and Investment Bank divisions. Asha T.'s career began at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell Group Plc as a Group Accountant, and has progressed through notable firms such as Credit Suisse, Commerzbank AG, and Lehman Brothers.
