Anna Rós Ívarsdóttir is currently the HR Managing Director at Vátryggingafélag Íslands (��Í��) since January 1999. Anna Rós has extensive experience in HR where Anna Rós has implemented a new gender balance strategy, handled recruitment, training and development. Alongside their HR experience, Anna Rós has also worked as the Manager of PR and IR, closely with the CEO on investor relations and public relations. Anna has served on the Board of Starfsmenntasjóður verslunar- og skrifstofufólks and Starfsmenntaráð on behalf of SA Confederation of Icelandic Enterprise. Anna Rós holds a BA in Psychology from Háskóli Íslands and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Reykjavik University.
