Rohan Kudav is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the banking and financial services industry. Currently serving as Senior Consulting Practice Director for Retail and Core Banking at Virtusa since November 2024, Rohan focuses on client advisory and practice building. Prior to this role, Rohan was Associate Vice President for BFSI Delivery at Zensar Technologies, driving growth and delivery within the BFSI portfolio from August 2021 to November 2024. Rohan's experience also includes significant positions at ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited as Deputy Vice President for the Technology vertical, and various roles at Cognizant, culminating as Director for Service Delivery in a $50 million US banking portfolio. Rohan began the career as a Ratings Analyst at CRISIL and also held positions at American Express and Infosys. Rohan holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bcom in Accounting and Finance from R. A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics.
