Howard Friedman is an experienced technology executive currently serving as AVP of Information Technology at Virtus Investment Partners since April 2021. Prior to this role, Howard held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Connecticut Computer Service, Inc. from January 2016 to April 2021. Howard was also a Principal Partner and CTO at CASE Partners, Inc. for nearly two decades, from January 1997 to January 2016. Early in the career, Howard worked in Information Technology at Phoenix Life Insurance Company and Cigna during the mid-1990s, as well as at Travelers from 1984 to 1994. Howard Friedman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Math from SUNY Brockport, completing studies there between 1979 and 1984.
