Dave Menniss has over 22 years of work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Dave currently works as the Services and Compliance Director at VIRTUS Data Centres. Previously, they worked at Resilient plc, where they held several positions including Chief Operating Officer, Director of Operations, and VP Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for defining strategy, managing supplier agreements, leading departments, and promoting security. Before Resilient plc, Dave worked in customer service and support roles, where they implemented new processes, achieved high customer satisfaction, and managed team growth. Dave also has experience as an IT Manager and a Customer Support Engineer.

Dave Menniss obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Brighton, which they attended from 1991 to 1995. Prior to that, they studied at Haywards Heath College from 1989 to 1991. Dave'sprimary education took place at Chailey from 1984 to 1989. In addition to their formal education, Dave Menniss has earned certifications in the field of information technology (IT), including the EU General Data Protection Regulation Practitioner (GDPR P) from IBITGQ, which they obtained in November 2017, and the ITIL Foundation from PEOPLECERT, acquired in February 2015.
