Jon Parsons, MBA, currently serves as Customer Success Manager at Virtuous since August 2023. Prior roles include Account Manager at FreeWill from April 2022 to April 2023, and a position focused on Enterprise Partnerships at Zenlist from January 2021 to April 2022. Previously, Jon worked as a Business Consultant at Zillow Group from April 2016 to January 2021 and held multiple roles at Blackbaud from August 2013 to April 2016, including Account Executive and various Account Development Representative positions. Early career experience includes serving as a Lending Assistant and Member Service Representative at Palmetto Citizens Federal Credit Union from August 2011 to July 2013. Jon earned an MBA from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business between 2017 and 2020 and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Dakota from 2005 to 2010.
