Lilit Vardanyan is a seasoned software testing professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and team management. Currently employed as a Software Test Engineer at Materna Virtual Solution GmbH since January 2022, Lilit previously held roles at Acrontum GmbH, EPAM Systems, Develandoo, KSPE Software, and ArlemaCom. Responsibilities have included leading QA efforts on mobile and web projects, developing comprehensive test strategies, and overseeing QA team dynamics, including hiring and training. An established communicator, Lilit has played a pivotal role in collaborating with development and product management teams to ensure project quality, as well as executing test plans and managing defect reporting. Lilit holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication and Signal Processing from SEUA, earned between 2007 and 2011.
