Michael Pfeiffer has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Michael started their career in 2012 as a Tier 1 Technical Support in RDI Corporation. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at CenterGrid, first as a NOC and then as a TSM Specialist/Product Manager, where they were involved in pre-sales engineering and product development. In 2016, they joined xTECH360 as a TSM Consultant, focusing on backup and storage solutions for the Honda account, and later became a Technical Delivery Lead, responsible for managing the relationship between Xceed Group backup team and IBM. Since 2019, they have been working at Virtual Service Operations, first as a Sr. Solutions Engineer, where they conducted business impact analysis and coordinated teams for disaster recovery projects. Currently, they hold the position of Account Lead - Channels and Commercial.
Michael Pfeiffer studied Computer Support Technology at the University of Cincinnati. In addition, they obtained certifications in IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Tivoli Storage Manager V7.1 and IBM Certified Associate - Tivoli Storage Manager V7.1 from IBM in 2015.
