Wade Schott currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Customer Solutions and Partnerships at Virtual Power Systems, a position held since July 2015, focusing on the implementation and integration of ICE systems for customers and partners. Prior to this role, Wade Schott was a Senior Advisor following a retirement from General Dynamics, where a significant career spanned over three decades, culminating in the role of Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. In this capacity, Wade Schott oversaw a workforce of over 6000 engineers, led research and development initiatives, and managed internal information technology, while also providing strategic vision and leadership in technology and business development. Wade Schott’s extensive experience includes advising startups in the IT sector based on roles as CIO, CTO, and VP of Engineering.
