Tony Pham is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in engineering and support roles. Currently serving as a Project Engineer and previously a Service Desk Level 2 Engineer at Virtual IT Group since October 2020, Tony has built a strong foundation in IT project management and technical support. Prior to this, Tony worked at Network Ten for a decade, holding positions as a Senior Broadcast/IT Engineer and a Desktop Services Support Analyst. Earlier experience includes a role as 2IC Service Desk/Onsite Desktop Support at Fujitsu Australia Limited from 2007 to 2010 and Customer Service/Technical Support at Samsung Australia from 2005 to 2007.
