Michael McQuay obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2016 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology, General from Lawrence University from 1991 to 1993. Additionally, they briefly attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1991 for Biology studies. Michael also possesses a Lean Six Sigma certification from the US Navy, which they obtained in February 2015.
