Cristian Verdecchia has worked in the food and beverage industry since 2018. Cristian began their career as a server assistant at The Crab Bag. Cristian then moved to Carousel Resort Hotel & Condo in 2018, where they worked in food and beverage. In 2019, they joined Xanterra Travel Collection, where they continued to work in food and beverage. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Data Engineer at Virtuagym.

Cristian Verdecchia is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science from the University of Twente, which is expected to be completed in 2023. Prior to this, they obtained a Laurea informatica from the University of Camerino in 2020. Before that, they obtained a Diploma di Specializzazione di 1° livello DS1 in Informatica from I.T.T. Montani: Istituto Tecnico Tecnologico Montani in 2017. In addition, Cristian Verdecchia has obtained two certifications, one in Business Angels & Crowdfunding from the Università di Camerino in 2020 and one in PF24 from the Università di Camerino in 2020.
