Lisa Batzar is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the human resources field. Batzar currently serves as the Director, HR Business Partner at Virtua Health and has previously held the title of Director of Human Resources at South Jersey Industries. Additional experience includes serving as HR Manager at Virtua Health and Director of Employee Relations at CIGNA. Lisa Batzar holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Delaware.
