Stephen Kay has a diverse work experience. Stephen started their career in 1991 as the Director of In-game Entertainment for the Philadelphia Phillies. Stephen then moved on to KCG Holdings, Inc. in 2005, where they worked as a Managing Director until 2017. Currently, Stephen holds the position of Head of Broker-Dealer Sales at Virtu Financial, which they started in 2017.

Stephen Kay earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Washington University in St. Louis from 1987 to 1991. Stephen then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business from 1995 to 1997.
