Kayla Mortello is currently the Head of Americas Operations at Virtu Financial. Prior to this role, Kayla gained experience as an Economic Research Intern at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and as a Sales and Trading Intern at KCG Holdings, Inc. Kayla also worked as a Public Finance Intern at Assured Guaranty. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston College.
