Natasha Russell, an HR Manager at Virtex since November 2021, is dedicated to enhancing live esports event experiences for fans. As an Ambassador for Women in Games since February 2022, Natasha advocates for diversity in the gaming industry. Previously, as a Senior Technical Sourcer at Activision Blizzard, Natasha focused on talent acquisition for game development and engineering teams across Europe, leading the Studio Engineering Sourcing team at King. Natasha's earlier roles included Senior Recruiter at Unity Technologies, where a specialization in Engineering services, and compliance roles at Study Group, which involved UKVI visa compliance and recruitment support. Natasha holds an Associate's Diploma in People Management from Avado, obtained in June 2023, and has a background in A-level studies from Walton High School in Geography, Sociology, Psychology, and English Literature.
