Stephen Akinyooye is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in digital wealth management and product management. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Virta Health since 2018, Akinyooye has previously held significant positions including Vice President of Digital Wealth Management at J.P. Morgan and Senior Product Manager at E*TRADE, where responsibilities included trading, margin, and cash management. Earlier roles include business analyst positions at JP Morgan and Credit Suisse, as well as a systems analyst role at Deloitte Consulting. Akinyooye holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from Cornell University, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and completed a Software Engineering Immersive program at Hack Reactor.
