Kristine Bettum is an experienced professional in competence policy, industry analysis, and sustainability. Currently serving as Fagsjef kompetanse and Rådgiver politikk og analyse at Hovedorganisasjonen Virke since April 2021, Kristine has previously held significant roles at Kompetanse Norge, including Seniorrådgiver in the analysis section, and contributed to the Etter- og videreutdanningsutvalget as a sekretariatsmedlem. Prior experience also includes positions as Rådgiver at the Olje- og energidepartementet, where Kristine focused on analyses related to Norwegian petroleum activities, and as a seminar leader at the University of Oslo, where microeconomics was taught. Kristine's educational background includes a degree in Social Economics from the University of Oslo, an organizational psychology and leadership course at BI Norwegian Business School, and an exchange program in Economics at the University of Essex.
